TNT Lab x Auromar Estate Koji Fermentation Geisha
This is a 2025 harvest Geisha coffee from Auromar Estate that was experimentally processed by TNT Lab using a rare Koji-assisted low-temperature fermentation technique designed to amplify floral aromatics, fruit esters, and clarity. The result is an intensely expressive coffee with notes of rose, grape, and champagne-like acidity, combining Auromar’s high-elevation Geisha terroir with one of Panama’s most innovative modern processing approaches.
